Low Fat, Easy, Three Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies

Today, I'm sharing a quick and easy dessert that you won't have to cheat on your diet for. I've seen different versions of little cookies like this all over Pinterest and finally decided to give it a try. What I discovered after minimal effort and only one point added to my weight watchers' count is that these are pure winners! (Oh, and they're flour free/organic if you're into that sort of thing...)


  • 2 Ripened Bananas (Easy for Mashing)
  • 1 Cup of Oats
  • 1 Tbsp of Chocolate Chips


  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  • Mash the bananas really well (Or make your kids do it!) until they look less like bananas and more like a very thick pudding.
  • Mix in Oats and Chocolate.
  • Scoop out 14, 1-inch round balls onto a greased cookie sheet
  • Bake for 13 Minutes
  • Try not to eat them all!

Now, I'm not going to lie, if you have a deep and committed relationship with chocolate treats, these will not taste nearly as rich and fattening as a legitimate cookie. But, it will certainly get you through your good days until cheat day rolls around. ENJOY!
